The June meeting consisted of an evening visit to Knitson Farm near Swanage, which is a garden that is opened under the National Garden Scheme.
We were welcomed by Mrs. Helfer, the owner, who left us to explore the garden (at our leisure) after giving us an initial introduction describing how she had developed the garden over many years.
It was a lovely sunny evening ( if slightly windy) which allowed us to enjoy the various parts of the garden with its attractive views over the surrounding countryside.
Date of next meeting:- Wednesday 13th July 7.30pm Members Night.
Future Dates :- Saturday 20th August - Summer Show.
